An ECSA-Partner accepts the following restrictions:
- The ECSA-Partner is permitted to act as an ECSA-Partner as long as there is an active and valid contract and active accreditation of the ECSA-Partner named in this contract. By obligation this accreditation is only valid if this is published on the ECSA website.
- The ECSA-Partner is not permitted to mandate other persons, organisations or subsidiaries, parent organisations, branch offices or any other organisation or company to act as an ECSA-Partner.
