Gorazd Perenič is an internationally recognized legal and

For many years Lars Perhard has been active in the field of
general commercial law and advised Swedish and international
clients in connection with contract drafting and negotiations
and also in a large number of complex business disputes
relating to projects, the sale of goods, distribution and agency,
joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, mergers and
acquisitions, construction and engineering, intellectual
property rights and telecommunications. Since the early
eighties he has devoted considerable time to legal issues
related to IT/ITC/IP and is considered to be a specialist in the
