Dr. Werner Schönfeldinger is a co‐founder and member of the
executive board of 42virtual. 42virtual commenced its
management consultancy activities in 2001 in various sectors
(
public sector, financial services, energy and
telecommunications). His focus is on needs assessment and
strategy consulting, monitoring of request for tender, as well
as programme and project management.

Valerie Seemann completed her master's degree in the field of
taxation and auditing at SRH University Calw, Germany. In 2010
she became a chartered accountant. In addition to classical tax
consultancy for small to medium‐sized enterprises, her areas of
focus include international tax services as well as consultancy
for franchise systems.
