Daniel has about 12 years of IT and Telecommunications
experience. In his current role as Senior Programme Manager
for Unified Communications in Customer Care, he drives the
Lync product strategy for worldwide customer care projects. In
his last role as Senior Architect for the APAC region, Daniel led
customer engagements to design, plan and deploy Microsoft
UC technologies/solutions, drove sales, business development
and project management for SE Asia, with a focus on Singapore
and Hong Kong.

As the Director of Cisco's global Internet Business Solutions
Group (IBSG), Dr. Herbert Wanner advises leading companies
in the development of new business models, the adaptation of
their business processes and the introduction of innovative
solutions based on Internet technology. Cloud and Cloud
services have played an increasingly important role here. As a
member of the Cisco Switzerland management team, he is also
responsible for liaising with the local sales organisation.
