Walter Dey holds a degree in physics, and a PhD in high energy
physics. He has been working for 15 years with Cisco System
EMEAR as part of the server and virtualisation team. He
focuses primarily on new technologies, such as high‐speed
switching (10/40/100G Ethernet, Infiniband), SAN, server
virtualisation, network architecture and datacentre design.
