Mag. Christoph Hackl has focused on international commercial
law for more than ten years. The law firm, whose offices are in
Vienna's city centre, was founded in 2002 and focuses on
advising and representing corporate clients in the field of
entrepreneurial matters, particularly trade, sales, company and
IT law.
Christoph Hackl was involved as author in the first edition of
the book in 2011. Parts of his work have been incorporated
into the current 2012 edition.

As an auditor and tax consultant, Dipl.‐Kfm. Gero Hagemeister
is responsible for the national IT division of Ebner Stolz
Mönning Bachem, which is one of the TOP 10 in the auditing
industry in Germany. Besides classical auditing and tax
consultancy for typically medium‐sized clients, Mr.
Hagemeister specialises in advising IT service providers and
datacentres. Outsourcing, migration and software auditing, as
well as the assessment of electronic archiving and DMS
systems are his major focuses.
