Dr. Tobias Höllwarth is an economist with more than 20 years
of experience as a business consultant specializing in IT
projects. The range of services focuses on three areas:
IT consulting: Outsourcing , tender procurement for large
organisations (industry, energy, government ministries and
state‐related organisations);
IT services: Infrastructure and SaaS solutions for small and
medium‐sized enterprises and handling of the entire IT
management (full outsourcing);
Cloud Consulting: Cloud strategies, Cloud IT policies, Cloud
provider auditing and quality assurance of Cloud offers, Cloud
migration in enterprises.
