Acknowledgements
This book has been developed in parallel in two languages, with the cooperation of 50
specialists from 11 countries. The people involved were lawyers, tax consultants,
engineers, economics, IT consultants, and a number of other people responsible for
multiple reviews and quality assurance in all countries. EuroCloud provided its know‐
how and professional advice throughout the project. My thanks go out to an excellent
team of Master Editors who coordinated the work of the authors in their respective
fields, and consolidated the results to produce a well structured book. It was only
